Hi, I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention that one of the suits I recently purchased from your store has unfortunately gotten spoiled within just a week, after only two washes. This was really unexpected, especially considering the quality I associate with your brand.
I was actually planning to buy more suits from you before leaving for Canada, but this experience has been quite disappointing. I’ve attached a picture of the damaged area for your reference.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know how it can be resolved.
